Location Context Applied: Park Street - Evening
Footfall rose 24% between 6pm and 9pm compared with your weekday average. Evening office crowds on Park Street are driving it. Keep the window display lit until close and move your best-sellers to the front counter after 6pm.
Holiday visitors skewed younger this week, with 18–24 year olds making up 41% of footfall, up from 27%. They stayed longer near the accessories wall but bought less. Try a bundle offer at that wall for the next long weekend.
Saturday hit full seating by 10am, two hours earlier than usual. Families made up most of the morning rush. Open the second seating section from 9:30am on weekends and put an extra server on the floor before 10am.
62% of Saturday's visitors were first-timers, and most of them left within four minutes. Repeat visitors stayed for 18 minutes on average. A greeter at the entrance between 11am and 2pm could turn more first visits into second ones.
Location Context Applied: Connaught Place- Weekend
Festival Context Applied: Republic Day Holiday
Expect about 1.8 times your usual Sunday footfall, peaking between 4pm and 7pm. Last Republic Day, queues at the counter passed six minutes and 14% of walk-ins left without buying. Roster two extra staff from 3:30pm and keep the express counter open.
Window tables are occupied 78% of the day, while the back corner sits under 15%. Guests at the back stay 40% shorter. Better lighting or a charging point in the back corner could spread the load and shorten the wait for window seats.
The new arrivals section drew 3 out of every 10 visitors but held them for under a minute. The sale rack nearby held people three times longer. Swap their positions this week and compare dwell next Monday.
Your staff-to-visitor ratio dropped to 1:22 between 6pm and 8pm on three days this week, against 1:9 in the afternoon. Shift one afternoon slot to the evening and your busiest hours get the attention they need.
Location Context: Indiranagar - weekend
Rain on Saturday cut footfall by 31%, but the visitors who came stayed 9 minutes longer and the cafe corner was full by 5pm. On rainy weekends, push hot beverages and a stay-longer offer instead of the usual quick-pick promotions.
